While sitting at home during our office shutdown through covid I was trying to find a “real” running podcast. When I say real I mean an average runner (or below average depending on the day) podcast I could actually get into. With only one episode published I gave it a whirl. I have listened every week since that day in April of 2020. For once I feel like this podcast is so realistic. The topics are great and truly feels like normal conversations amongst runners. Nice work ladies! Thanks!!

I first found the podcast when someone shared them on Instagram and I knew I had to become a listener. I love listening to these ladies talk about the highs and lows of their runs. I’ve had similar experiences, and I often find myself nodding along in agreement or laughing out loud at their stories. Every time I listen to this podcast, I am reminded that I too can do hard things. They motivate me to challenge myself with my runs. Thanks for the motivation every week ladies!
I love these relatable runners! This is a fun podcast that is inspirational for anyone who is a beginning runner or anyone who can’t relate to podcasts that focus on elite runners.
