  • SLOW down Sheri!!

Unlistenable due to the sheer speed she talks at - calm down Sheri! I was so interested to hear her message but just couldn’t handle the delivery (0.75 speed just a touch too slow, sadly!)

Q: What would you say to someone who is feeling emotional and bingeing but isn't in the bodybuilding space?
The triggers and situations may differ, but the underlying issues and the need for support remain the same. It's important to seek help just like you would in the bodybuilding context.

Q: What advice would you give someone at the end of their prep who is feeling restricted and nervous about bingeing?
It's actually so common, you're not a failure. Stay close to your coach for structure and support. If needed, seeking extra help, like therapy, is perfectly okay.
