This podcast and all the other mediums Ashlyn uses is a means to get you to buy her courses and once you understand that you can choose to either purchase or stop listening because she does little to truly help you understand how to be better with food noises and binge eating. Choose any of his podcasts and you get wayyyy more from 1 of his shows than this entire podcast combined ... more

Let me start by saying that I am a nerd when it comes down to wellness podcasts- when I came across Ashlyn’s content I was shocked how easy to digest her information is, how much free advice she is giving- she cuts straight to the root cause of bad relationships with food and body and makes it very easy to start eating intuitively. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with excess weight.
I love this so much 🥺
I have been listening to Ashlyn for about 6 months now and just finished her Heart Led Eating program. I have to say that she is absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend listening, but also joining her H... more

This show centers on healing the relationship with food through nervous-system–based methods rooted in Polyvagal theory and somatic practices. Across episodes, guests share personal transformations and real-world results from shifting away from dieting, tracking, and rules toward intuitive eating, rest, and body-based regulation. Practical, step-by-step frameworks are paired with client stories to illustrate how safety, presence, and self-compassion can reduce food noise and foster a natural, healthier relationship with eating. What stands out is the consistent emphasis on nervous-system healing as foundational, with actionable strategies and community support that listeners can apply in daily life.
