  • Least liked podcast

This podcast and all the other mediums Ashlyn uses is a means to get you to buy her courses and once you understand that you can choose to either purchase or stop listening because she does little to truly help you understand how to be better with food noises and binge eating. I highly recommend Nick from Weight Loss Hotline instead. He is open, helpful, and isnt trying to sell you anything. Choose any of his podcasts and you get wayyyy more from 1 of his shows than this entire podcast combined ... more

  • Why this is different from the average health podcast

I just send a friend a link to one of these episodes and said “Most health podcasts leave me feeling stressed out and overwhelmed, but every single one of these episodes wills me with peace and hope.”

  • Incredible and must listen to!

Let me start by saying that I am a nerd when it comes down to wellness podcasts- when I came across Ashlyn’s content I was shocked how easy to digest her information is, how much free advice she is giving- she cuts straight to the root cause of bad relationships with food and body and makes it very easy to start eating intuitively. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with excess weight.

I have been listening to Ashlyn for about 6 months now and just finished her Heart Led Eating program. I have to say that she is absolutely AMAZING! She comes with so much patience, compassion, wisdom, gentleness, and knowledge through her insight on eating and how your nervous system is key to healing addictions with food/exercise/obsession/etc… She has bright healing and freedom to my life which I had been in bondage for over 30 years. I would highly recommend listening, but also joining her H... more
