I’ve only listened to about 8 episodes, mostly the “gut” ones and they’re packed w info. Informational and educational but still very real. Love this podcast. Binge worthy.
The way Rita teaches us about our bodies. I am a woman with endometriosis and I’ve struggled to get answers and real relief. This podcast has helped me not only understand what my body needs but just how much we are able to do to help ourselves & improve symptoms. Grateful for this podcast and all it has given me.
