This pod is always so calming to me. Alex has a beautiful speaking voice that I love to listen too, but it’s also the content of these amazing women who don’t always have it figured out or stumbled across something they love and there is a peace in knowing it’s ok that I’m still figuring out what my life should be.
Engaging guests and a great interviewer
Love these episodes - each one is unique and features female voices of creatives from so many different fields. I even found myself able to use tools from the episode on kindness when dealing with the dreaded arguments on social media! A breath of fresh air in such a strange time...thoughtful, compassionate, engaging and also with a great sense of humor!
This episode, which focuses on kindness as a society and in particular when trying to navigate life through tumultuous times should be required listening. So many concrete tools to use in every day conversations with others that may not necessarily agree with your point of view. Kindness is the key but having actual tools to use it is even more important.
Starting my day off with this podcast puts me in such a great mood the rest of my day🥰
