  • Better than a therapy couch w/ laughs

This podcast is, without a doubt, the most enlightening and perceptive one I've ever encountered. Listening to Renee navigate complex emotional landscapes is akin to experiencing therapy in real-time—except without the awkward silence and uncomfortable couch. In a single episode, she uncovers truth bombs that have eluded me for months in my other therapy sessions. The advice dispensed is not only wise but has proven therapeutic for me personally. I’ve learned more from Renee than I have in years of therapy. I love the way she explains things to the listener and how she’s so on it while guests are telling their stories. She’s empathetic and funny and informative all in one.

  • This lady sees the big picture

Renee is an expert Information funneler… she takes everything she hears and presents it in a way that feels new, insightful and helpful! She’s like a brain chef in a way. Haha. You hand her a bunch of ingredients (your life story) and she gives you back a beautiful dish that’s delicious and easier to digest (the main parts you need to focus on healing). Her n Josh ( her cohost and partner) have a great sense of humor and the energy is always good vibes.
