Dr. Plenty, is a double board-certified OB/GYN and high risk pregnancy expert. She's brilliant, well-researched with a great bedside manor.... but she is a little feisty and will "tell it like it is". Growing tired of seeing complications in pregnancy that could have been prevented, she wanted a way to help women empower themselves through knowledge so they can advocate for themselves. This quest ... more

This podcast is excellent, authentic, informative, and produced in a relatable way. I am not even close to being pregnant currently (single, only a cat mom) but I found Dr. Plenty’s advice on various topics related to women’s health extremely applicable to my day-to-day life. She is also a tremendous and kind individual whom I trust, respect, and admire immensely. A must listen for anyone!! Women can learn more about their bodies and how to take care of them, pregnant or not, and men can learn m... more

Sometimes you just need to hear the truth, challenging or not straight from the source. Very refreshing to hear the facts and even personal experiences from the voice of Dr. Plenty and guests because sometimes it’s hard to decide if your medical providers are giving you information in your best interest when they are not of color. Very helpful and enlightening.
Dr Plenty’s drops plenty of fact-based knowledge. If you want to avoid the truth, facts and knowledge…don’t listen. more
