  • Like chatting with your homegirl

I love this podcast. I listen and talk back like she can hear me. Lol!! It’s smart and entertaining and REAL. It really feel Like Sis is letting us into her life. I agree with another listener who said some solo host podcast seem dry and unfocused. This doesn’t. I have nothing but good things and recommendations for others to listen regularly. Demi is like my big sis in my head. Love it!

  • We don’t want to share you!

I have been a years-long listener, and I agree, friend [in my head], it feels like you’re inviting a friend to crash our weekly kiki. We want to talk ish in a corner with you. You are so much fun to listen to, you’re witty and hilarious, and you say what so many of us are thinking out loud about the things going on in the world and pop culture. You are the prize, our weekly self care escapism, and frankly, you’re the bff we don’t want to share. The occasional interview is cool, especially when i... more

  • Friends in my head!

Okay, imagine this: you’ve got a good friend—the one who always has the best stories, the hottest takes, the juiciest tea - and every week, the two of you meet to catch up and cackle!

Then one day you show up and... surprise! Your friend bought a guest to your gossip session! Suddenly, the vibe is different. The convo is more polite, the tea’s a little cooler, and don’t get to have the chaotic, unfiltered convo you were craving.

That, Demetria, is exactly how I feel every time there’s an inte... more

I am going to cut straight to the point, unless it’s your pops again…WE DO NOT NEED the interviews. You are unique, and I miss “pop culture” Demi. Thanks for all you do!
