Throwing shade and spilling tea with a flippant and humorous attitude, no star is safe from Fury and Crissle unless their name is Beyoncé. (Or Blue Ivy.) As transplants to New York City (Kid Fury from Miami and Crissle from Oklahoma City), The Read also serves as an on-air therapy sess... more

This county WAS built off the backs of slaves AND immigrants!!!! We would all starve without immigrants! Please be more mindful of the words you use! THEY HAVE POWER.
I’ve been listening to y’all for yearsss and would love every episode but as of late I can’t even finish a full episode. These last few months your opinions have become very narrow and biased. It’s hard to listen to.
Tune if you wanna hear two extremely biased people (admittedly) talk about current events. Any topic critical of ROCNation, JayZ or Beyoncé, will not be discussed in anyway. Every other topic or person is fair game to them.
The celebrity worship is old, annoying and hypocritical. Beyonce is more like the billionaires yall claim to hate than she is like you and a fair critique of her would really improve how the audience perceives your opinion of others. She’s the rich we’re going to have to eat eventually. Sorry not sorry. Sticking around for listener letters at this point mostly.
I’m so over the Cardi B conversations 🙄

A vibrant commentary on hip-hop and pop culture unfolds every week, steeped in a humorous and candid dialogue led by two friends, Kid Fury and Crissle. Each episode tackles the shenanigans of celebrities, offering a blend of comedic insights and sharp critiques, while often sparking reflections on broader societal issues. Unique to the show is its informal structure, which allows the hosts to share intimate stories alongside pop culture discussions, creating a relatable atmosphere for listeners. A particularly noteworthy aspect is the hosts' unwavering loyalty to Beyoncé, often refraining from critiquing her despite their scathing takes on other public figures, thus injecting a playful allegiance into their critiques of celebrity culture.
