  • These guys talk about D&D the way David Attenburough talks about animals or Neil DeGrasse Tyson talks about space. If you think that sounds silly, this is not the podcast for you... But It's the podcast for me.

  • Plot Points brings good historical knowledge into the discussions on TSR. Their discussions on other products are less rigorous. That said, the show is good at eliciting gracious discussion points and interesting perspectives when they digress. The affable insights keep me coming back even though I often find myself disagreeing. Examining why you hold an opinion in a convivial forum is refreshing in a world of opinionated rants.

  • It is a good podcast that is too fannish of the worst people in the RPG hobby. Most recently MDT

  • Plot Points reviews games and products related to rpg industry with personality, honesty and good cheer. This is not an actual play show but usually 3 cast members discussing the product or concept at hand and they do a good job of staying on task and going into a lot of detail. Look through their back catalog and find a subject of interest and give them a listen. Occasionally Ben Riggs has solo episodes devoted to his TSR book or interviews with designers.
