Two old nerds that obviously really enjoy the universe just kind of explaining stuff. Seem like nice fellas with a ton of experience in the tabletop game, and the history and lore of the game. They absolutely do not seem to just be reading wiki, which some appear to believe. They reference rulebooks and old materials, novels, internet gossip, etc. Seems quite in depth and comprehensive.
