  • Arena Open?

Arena Open coming this weekend and you guys did a full show on best of 1? A fake and universally reviled format? Ok.

  • No longer the gold standard in limitd content

A show I really used to like but has not kept up with modern day limited content such as Drafting Archetypes (the gold standard), Limited Level-ups and Lords of Limited (both competing for silver). The Karlov Manor sunset show was an all-time low with such a onedimensional assessment of the set which was only accurate the first few weeks of the format. Feels like a major news channel blasting some cheap takes into the ether and ignoring the back stories and nuances. For example Chalk outline and... more

  • Stop trying to make fetch happen

Retrofitter foundry barely does anything in vintage cube, where you can get all those broken mana cards. It’s going to do even less in Arena cube. You going to spend 4 mana over a couple turns to make a 4/4 and they’re going to be like, cool attack you, cast a busted 5 drop.
