One of the best Podcasts for GMs to improve there skills and reduce the workload at the same time. Also the patreon is really good value for money with tools, adventures etc!
One of my favourite D&D related listens each week
Really good podcast for RPG GMs/DMs. Especially if you are new to it.
Mike Shea offers a variety of amazing content - his published works on DMing, his excellent articles, his terrific YouTube channel, and his podcast series on prepping for games. He is positive, constructive, and mostly objective when reporting on news and other RPG subject matter. I highly recommend consuming all of his products and offerings, including his Patreon. Great value.

A practical, experience-driven show focused on Dungeon Master prep, game-mastering techniques, and tabletop RPG industry news. Across episodes, the host dissects long-form prep workflows, world-building notes, encounter design, and treasure ideas, while also weighing in on platform changes, licensing, and tools that help GMs run games more efficiently. The format often blends solo planning monologues with conversations about publishing, community resources, and how to adapt classic adventures for modern play. Notably, the program often features deep dives into campaign planning, map design, and modular encounters, making it a go-to resource for both new and veteran GMs seeking actionable guidance and up-to-date RPG ecosystem insights.
