The topics relate to wellness, health, and, well, pleasure, and have included meditation, sex, essential oils, recovery from illness, managing chronic pain, spirituality. The podcasts are lively and entertaining and also discuss useful strategies for mental and physical health. It’s made me laugh and also made me think - and I’m definitely going to keep listening.
