I love this podcast! Amanda and Hannah are so fun to listen to and it’s nice to be able to learn a little while I listen. I’ll honestly be so sad when I get up to date and only get them once a week!
This pod is a pelvic floor education disguised as a girls chat. It feels like catching up with friends, but you’re also learning a lot along the way. The doctors strike a great balance between care and humor, and they’ve brought on some fascinating guests. I always look forward to new episodes — highly recommend!
These two are amazing, they make me feel so comfortable in my skin as a woman and educate me in the most entertaining way. They always get a few giggles out of me each episode and I feel like I’m hanging with my friends when I listen. Love the show so much!
Very informative. Highly recommended. Brings a holistic perspective to pelvic health!
