Grateful for Anikia’s approachable way of helping listeners consider the impact and power of meditation. Her guests, conversations, thoughts, offerings, suggestions help so much supporting a meditation practice to be what it can be.
Take it from me, the least podcasty person out there with a significant interest in meditation and wellness. Anikia’s episodes and guest speakers continue to get better and better. The podcast inspires me to continue and grow my meditation practice and seek community. I do hope many more episodes are in store and look forward to listening whenever a new one is released.
One of my favourite podcasts to start my day with. The meditations at the end are super relevant and really get me in a good place for the day. Great job Anikia, can’t wait for more episodes!
