I have been struggling with Chronic pain in many forms since I was 17. I am 36 now it’s great to find a podcast about preserving and improving life experience while in pain.
I cried happy tears while listening to the first episode. For the first time in three years I felt seen and heard. This is a great podcast for anyone living with chronic pain and/or recovering from an injury or accident. It would also be great for anyone who is a friend/family member of someone living with chronic pain.
