Kyle and Walker are natural podcasters and fun to listen to. Injuries are 100 percent of skating and the hosts and guests, walk you through the pain and how to get through the pain. Talking skate videos enhances “The Reason” we keep skating.
Keep up the good work
Loving the podcast! I have been exercising as well as doing PT at home a lot due to the following issues. I have a story similar to Alexis Sablone’s ankle, didn’t mri the left, then rolled the right and got an mri on that. I had torn my cfl and atfl. The left ankle roll had chipped my navicular bone (got an xray 3 yrs later) and was way more painful so I imagine everything is torn there. Still skating and actually feeling better than ever on my board. Thanks for the great content!
Overdue podcast topic, glad to see these dudes killing it and sharing valuable information with people that love skateboarding and feeling great doing it. Thanks fellas!
