  • Valuable info; low “noise”

Compelling science presented in a straightforward, understandable manner (dare I say digestible?). I will say Dr. David Ludwig’s book is easier to understand than his podcast episode.

  • Evil doctor

The podcast on supplements is led by a anti-supplement internal med doc. If you want to hear about bogus studies that bash vitamin e and antioxidants he's your guy.
