I’ve never rated a podcast before, but this was so terrible I had to. They’re just talking about the same thing over and over. It could literally be two minutes long, there’s no real information, and they’re just trying to sell you stuff or get you to make an appearance. I’d be fine with that part if they actually Gave some useful information about diabetes and diet and not the obvious thing that you should take it seriously.
I just started listening and I’m learning so much. Already have reviewed my lab results and have questions for my Dr. We have to be aware of what these labs mean and what we can do to improve them!
Love your nutrition information based upon current research. The variety of topics has been so helpful. Something for everyone.
7 meandering minutes and then saying same thing over and over. (Protein)
You spend too much time promoting your workshops and your personal resumes.
Sometimes it’s almost 8 mins before you get to the nuts and bolts of the content, which is very informative but just gets lost in your banter with the other dietitian.
Suggest that if you share your credentials do so in a 30 - 45 sec “elevator speech” in the beginning and get directly to the content, it’ll give you more time to get into the weeds so to speak, because real food is the way to improve life/healthspan.
