    One smart funny guy and one inarticulate babbling woman cover some interesting topics.

    I am third year PhD student who is also simultaneously becoming an RD, and one of my largest frustrations is finding sources of information on nutrition and dietetics that are translational to the general public that are not only accurate, but are also supported by scientific evidence.   • Informative and Funny

    Hannah and Tareq know how to deliver information accurately and backed by science. Not only is this podcast full of lots of myth busting, but it is full of body and food positivity. I find throughout the week I can get lost in diet culture, but No BS Nutrition brings me back to reality and reminds me that I am doing the best I can, and it’s ok to be me. Finally, if you just want to hear information on nutrition delivered lightheartedly and with laughs, then listen to this!
