  • Helpful for women too

Dr. Stephan Poulter put words to things I’ve been trying to understand for a lifetime. I’m a woman, but his lens helped me see my own wounds with surprising clarity. Looking forward to more episodes with him as a guest.

  • Reliable info, excellent host

OK, full disclosure, I’m biased, as I’ve known Jesse since he was a med student. Having said that, he is a leader in the field of Men’s Health and his information is reliable, objective, and trustworthy. He’s got a great bedside manner and explains this in a way that’s understandable to the average lay person. This is a must-listen for all men and their partners with questions about testosterone, fertility, vasectomy, and Men’s Health in general. Highly recommend.

  • too many ads, not enough actual information

Listened to 2nd episode. Basically no information. Mostly just banal filler between ads for other iHeartPodcasts shows

American Men and the Crisis of Connection with Jordan Ritter Conn
Q: What sparked you to tell these particular stories now, and how did the cultural moment shape your approach to writing this book?
I started in 2020; at the time conversations around men's openness and help-seeking were just beginning to gain momentum, and I wanted to immerse readers in ordinary men's lives to show how these pressures play out across different backgrounds and experiences.
