  • Could be really good

It doesn’t put carrier problems at the forefront, it’s more important to the show to make the union more political than to actually make working conditions better for all carriers.

  • For carriers?

I can’t tell if this podcast is for letter carriers or just another far left propaganda machine. Seems like every other episode is straight from MSNBC. The show was good in the beginning when it was about carrier education and the contract.

  • Very informative

Great podcast if you’re involved in the NALC, want to be or just interested in the happenings of the NALC. Great job fellas! The AI (?) reading of “Undelivered” was awful.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Brian Renfroe(1st Interview)
Q: What role does education play in the union's strategy?
Education is being expanded through a new steward training program and an e-learning platform to train reps and members, enabling broader participation and stronger bargaining leverage.
Mike Caref(2nd Interview)
Q: How did you actually start up the podcast and what's your origin story?
The hosts describe deciding to explore a live, interactive format with questions from the public, deciding to mix live and recorded content, and leveraging their union backgrounds to shape the show's direction.
Lew Drass 2026 NALC Presidential Race
Q: Why are you deciding to run for national president now?
Lew explains that the current division within the NALC weakens the union and that uniting the craft, addressing pay parity, and modernizing advocacy are essential steps, hence deciding to run.
Eddie Davidson(Region 9 NBA)
Q: What can be done to hold management accountable for contract violations and mismanagement?
Focus on constant grievances with detailed documentation, pursue non-compliance penalties, and use DRP and escalation strategically; simultaneously push for legislative and regulatory remedies to create leverage over management behavior, while building a strong coalition for accountability.
EP 12. Roundtable of Presidents w/ NBA Candidate
Q: What is your take on the arbitration backlog and what would you change to improve the process regionally?
There is not an overall regional backlog in our area; the issue is timely scheduling and the need for proactive pre-op talks with labor relations. Expanding hearing dates and improving collaboration with district labor relations managers would help reduce impasses and keep cases moving.
