  • Episode 25

Episode 25 clearly shows how out of touch some of these NBAs are. Give Caref a little credit that he makes the “show” of going and carrying his assignment. But when you have no clue about something as simple as the “Package Lookahead” feature and how it works, you really need to take a deep dive and actually get involved with the people on the floor more than one week a year. Was the “Load Truck” actually “disabled” or were you clocked in to the incorrect route? Why would they have it “disabled?... more

  • Good information!

Just listen to the newest one you just dropped I liked the first half the second half about the letter, political fund, and that gentleman Ken I get it is very important I contribute. But I do not agree how he is pressuring carriers into doing it with in my opinion is fear mongering. A lot of our brothers and sisters are struggling and I’m sorry, brother, but you’re a clown for doing this. And your excuse of well, maybe work some overtime brother no if we get a higher pay wave absolutely I’m sur... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Mike Drop Monday: Meet Region 1 NBA Candidate Chris Reed
Q: What will be your first priority as NBA?
To implement an educational and communication plan across the region, followed by concerted healing and open communication to restore trust and collaboration in Region 1.
Mike Drop Monday: Meet Region 1 NBA Candidate Chris Reed
Q: Would you support a constitutional amendment that would grant national business agency ability to intervene in matters that require an investigation independent from the local branch?
I would have to see the language first, but I think there should be a mechanism for NBA involvement that doesn't erase local procedures, perhaps as a first-step intervention rather than a full override, respecting existing appeals processes.
Mini Midweek Mike Drop Texas
Q: What are the major issues you see for yourself and for the union?
The core issues include the balance of power with management, the strength and independence of local stewards, and ensuring that grievances are filed and pursued promptly to protect members from improper suspensions.
Next Generation Carrier's & The Postal Rosie's Host a NALC Presidential Candidate Round Table
Q: What would your plan be concerning NALC's legislative agenda moving forward?
Nicole Rhine outlined advancing the Protecting Our Letter Carriers Act, Equal COLA, and options to invest retirement funds more effectively, while pressing Congress to support Postal Service modernization and provide robust grassroots campaigns to gain real-world leverage.
Lew Drass
Q: Why should members vote for you over other candidates?
I am the most qualified candidate with decades of frontline and national bargaining experience, having served in multiple key roles and authored or updated essential bargaining documents and MOU provisions.
