I just listened to the most recent podcast and this guy is spot on! I’m a shop steward and VP of our branch and the simple things suggested could change all our experiences. My office in particular is probably the nicest management. Our district manager wants our carriers to be successful also and it has implemented/suggested a carrier mentorship program.
