Love this podcast! It’s been hard to find voices that are multicultural on the subject of menopause. Thank you Lori for creating this space! Well done!
I’ve fallen in love with Lori’s podcast. Every episode reminds me that I’m not alone but traveling my menopausal journey with an amazing tribe of curious women trying to figure it out too. I just turned 45, and I thought I would never sleep right or feel better again! Well, maybe I won’t, but thank you for demystifying things I have just started feeling this past year. I’m not crazy! I’m going through peri menopause. Not a cake walk, but it’s great to know it’s natural. I love hearing the stories. Thanks again.
