  • Untrustworthy

Erin Ryan basically has a trademark on calling people a sex pest yet she chose to ignore the allegations against Graham Platner. She showed what she is, like other Crooked employees she would do anything just to win. That’s how you end up with someone like Trump.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Man On The Lose w. Sami Sage & Annie Andrews
Q: Why did you choose to run for Senate as a physician?
Dr. Annie Andrews explained that her on-the-ground experience with sick kids and families showed policy failure and a need for change, motivating her to run to advocate for health care and children.
The Many vs. The Money w. April Ryan & Peggy Flanagan
Q: Now, as you mentioned, Minnesota and Minnesotans have been hit particularly hard by ICE and their raids and the violence against the people of Minnesota. How did that reveal what is important to Minnesotans?
Peggy Flanagan explains the impact of ICE on families, the need to protect children, and how these experiences shape her policy priorities like healthcare, childcare, and a humane immigration system.
The Other MAGA War… At Home
Q: Do you think there is any common ground possible between pro-natalist policies and progressive aims, or is the gap too wide to bridge?
There could be common ground on concrete support like affordable childcare and universal parental benefits, but not if policies are colorable by marital status or gender stereotypes; true progress would require inclusive, rights-respecting measures that help all families, not just those that fit a traditional model.
The Other MAGA War… At Home
Q: Why is IVF and the potential personhood framing a critical bottleneck for their pro-natalist project, and what are the practical implications for families using IVF?
Personhood for embryos complicates IVF, potentially criminalizing certain reproductive decisions and disproportionately affecting LGBTQ couples and those needing assisted reproduction, making the birthrate-boost agenda more legally and ethically tangled than it appears on the surface.
The Other MAGA War… At Home
Q: What do you see as the core intent of the Heritage Foundation's Saving America by Saving the Family, and how does it map onto real-world policy?
The essence is to re-center marriage and traditional family structures as the bedrock of society, while offering a carrot-and-stick approach that disadvantages single parents and non-traditional family models, thereby pushing women back into home duties even as it claims to support families.
