  • liked it at first.....

I really loved the first few episodes I heard, the research stood out and I was eager to hear more. Now that I have I am really turned off. The teenage Vampire Cult was like listening to self referential Goths, always bookending the chapters/sections with music that i guess was supposed to sound cool, but just got on my nerves. And now everything I have heard since then strikes me the same way. And the music is just super cringe sometimes and all over the place. I just can't

  • the real deal

Honestly we are all steeped in true crime pods these days, and its harder to stand out. This one manages it. Tho the music choices aren't great that's just my own bit of snobbery. Everyone has different tastes. But the narration and research are (chefs kiss). Keep it up.

The intro is dope. Love how you attack each episode as a story. The sound effects are a nice touch. Very engaging with the change up pitch, inflections, accents, etc. Brings the players to life!
