Brief episodes, chatty, helpful and informative podcast
Feeling very grateful for this show. Small tidbits that are hopeful and helpful as I wait to hear back on a diagnosis that I think is likely to be celiac. Thank you to Deb for putting this out into the world!
Super helpful show for a new celiac like me! Would love an episode on any best practices for when you accidentally get cross-contaminated. Prevention is obviously key, but it happens every once in a while. Any meds teas etc. that help get you through the episode?
I love this show! It is full of insights and I can really relate to her. The information is easy to understand and immediately applicable! If you eat gluten free, are considering it, or have friends who eat gluten free, you should this listen to this.
