Love the health tips and ways to lead a more healthy, optimal life
With two children on the autistic and my own chronic fatigue I’m very interested in nutrition and the consequential health outcomes. There is a lot to be learnt from the podcast and corresponding YouTube channel but it’s not easy to get to as the material is droned out. Signposting is minimal and points run on and on. With a little work and focus on presentation this would all be so much more valuable to so many more viewers and listeners.
I’ve been to 14 doctors who don’t understand ferritin or riboflavin- I know this podcast is not medical advice but it is imperative that if you want optimal health you must educate yourself!! This is a great podcast to start!
I’ve consumed a lot of lifestyle and nutrition content and Chris Masterjohn stands out as he has continued to deliver some of the highest quality content for years.
Chris is a brilliant, nuanced and scientific. Few people can review nutritional science as he can.
