Monica has an incredibly deep knowledge of Fitness and Nutrition. In addition, she also has an infectous way of motivating you to stop sitting there and get up and start moving. Her high energy and positive attitude really inspires you to follow her lead into a healthier and happier life.

I’ve been following Monica for some years now before she started this podcast. Monica is a highly authentic coach who can help you get in the proper mindset for getting fit and staying there. It’s also very important to note that she has her own views of things but she doesn’t try to push them down your throat in any way. It’s worth to listen to her with an open mind.
This is one of my favorite podcasts. It blends three of my favorite things--veganism, healthy living and fitness. I learn something new and inspirational every time I listen!
