  • Great podcast 👌 The delivery and the research are top-notch. I had subscribed to this before but hadn't had the time to give it a listen but boy was I glad I decided to try it today. Gonna start binging the backlog now and I'd recommend to you to do the same if you're a fan of true crime podcasts so see you on the other side.

  • True crime we need

    I got tired of hearing shows where hosts tell jokes or get off-topic. This show gets to the point but each case is told with so much careful detail. I’ve been binging and starting over again.

It’s not just a box that you can go get and press a button and make it work; it requires real research and real scientists to figure out how to actually make all this evidence tractable.

Q: What happens when an old case comes your way and the evidence was collected during a time where this forensic testing wasn't done yet?
We created a process that would allow that evidence to still be tractable. The degradation possibly that occurs, we're degradation insensitive now because it wasn't stored at the right temperature or wasn't stored at all.
