This is a great podcast. Clear, accessible & entertaining. Great links to cases & resources too. I think it’s a good one to share with my nursing students. Highlights how Nursing MCA implementation & practice whilst seemingly “day to day” cannot be silo’d from the full scope of the law. It’s spirit, complexities and escalation must be understood for compliance & critical review.
This podcast is brilliant. Thank you so much. I’m new to studying mental capacity law and you are helping me so much to get to grips with the basics that to read would have taken forever. Huge thank you. Definitely worth listening too.
