    So in the first 25 minutes, you guys have managed to bag out distance runners and little athletics, saying that helping them out is a waste of time.

    Distance running is a skill, pacing is a skill, it’s a challenge of will power. It requires a structured and progressive training program no different to that of a track runner. I dare you to eat your words and go out and run a marathon tomorrow.
