Amazing podcast!!! Wish I found it while it was still airing! Hope it comes back!
Downloaded the podcast about two weeks ago... I have about 10 episodes to go before I've finished listening to every...single..episode of BOTH seasons. I have also completed listening to every single episode of her other podcast as well. I have found so much value in this and I am disappointed that there aren't more.
I love the topics on here about trying to live plant based in a meat eating world! Eating out, managing social situations, eating healthy while on vacation, etc. I'm excited for the episodes coming out in 2017!
This is my favorite podcast! It's nice to hear about all the different experiences of people who eat a whole food plant based diet (no animal products, limited processing and refined sugars, no oil). Lindsay is a great interviewer and all the guests have something to share -- people who have just started eating this way, those who have been plant-based for years, and even people who are still transitioning. Lindsay also sometimes interviews experts in the field such as doctors and nutritionists.... more
I love this podcast because Lindsay chats with her members and you get to hear theyre experiences with her meal plans and how it fits into they're life. Everyone's experience is different and its a voice for living a plant based lifestyle in today's world.
