I started listening to this pod when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It helped inform my treatment decisions and gave me a better understanding of my own body. I also enjoy some of the other episodes dealing with relationships, overall health, etc. I recommended this one to my own PCP.
Just wish they had decent audio for once or covered any health related topic, not just men’s sexual health

Episodes frequently feature physician guests or medical experts who translate complex science into actionable guidance for listeners, often with a candid, patient-centered tone. A standout aspect is the willingness to tackle taboos and controversial topics (eg, sex education, pelvic health, GLP-1 therapies) with humor and empathy, making technical topics accessible to a broad audience. The format often mixes clinical insight with guest perspectives and listener questions, delivering both evidence-based guidance and relatable lived experienc... more
