  • Interesting and somewhat biased

Good podcast. Unfortunately, the CBT bashing is a bit annoying. For example, I don't know any CBT therapist who says that the therapeutic relationship/alliance doesn't matter. In fact, there is evidence that the relationship in CBT treatments is better than in psychodynamic therapies. In this respect, I would like to see a more differentiated and contemporary presentation of all the schools of psychotherapy. Still worth listening to and I greatly appreciate Wampold's work.
