Dr. Michelle ! So great to hear of your podcast and listen to a few of your inspiring episodes. I was especially struck by the courage and humility from the last couple episodes with Alex Soto. It was so comforting to hear another person speak whole heartedly about pain. The body can be the landing place from past experiences both physical and emotional. I find this entire effort … brought about by the courage of a human being - A Doctor, a woman , a seeker who has cut ties in order to LIVE and be true and real and investigate what’s happening . I find it beyond refreshing and important . She is loving the truth. An example of what is possible. This Dr . IS a true healer .
It’s refreshing to hear authentic first hand experiences of her work in the healthcare industry and that Dr. Choi is inviting us along on her midlife awakening. Definitely inspiring for those of us who are like-minded.
