  • I listen while doing chores

Love the 31 days of podcasting. Today you kept me company while I cleaned my kitchen so thanks for that. Also, I’m fascinated by your open tabs. Mostly the fact that you have so many. I always have 3-4 open. One for Wordle, one for Waffle, and then two for things I look up. The fact that you had 400 was wild to me!

I’m enjoying listening to you close them. Each time you close one I get a feeling similar to checking something off the to do list.

  • Goodie and a quickie

As someone who still drives to work and isn’t FI yet, I love that I get to listen to your show in its completion on my commute to downtown San Antonio. You sound like you’re smiling the whole time you’re talking that transcends to your audience and it brings me joy. I appreciate you Liz!

  • Feels like catching up with a friend

I really enjoy listening to Liz talk about finances and other related (and sometimes unrelated) topics. She has such a positive and laidback vibe and it just feels like catching up with a friend.

Also Liz, since I know you like to hear what we're doing while listening- today I am catching up on the August episodes while donating blood (though usually I'm listening while doing dishes or some other chore around the house)

  • Fascinating

Currently bingeing this. Liz sounds lovely. Her openness and rational thinking are both admirable qualities. I find it interesting to hear what people pay for stuff, I’m just nosey. Particularly appreciated one of the May ‘25 episodes where she describes the “house noise” the mental drag of house maintenance.
