    For the first time in 33 years and a 15 year journey so far with anorexia nervosa and atypical anorexia nervosa and previously EDNOS I feel seen. I have so much stigma towards autistic individuals including myself and trying to unlearn and challenge that to cultivate more compassion towards others and myself. I was so afraid to listen and often am because I’m scared maybe subconsciously with how much I’ll resonate , but I’m so happy I tuned in. It’s helping me understand myself and value myself ... more
