Rani and Suraj deliver this podcast with such a light hearted approach, using the three little pigs story as a metaphor. I love the short, sharp delivery approach that they use, making it easy to fit in and accessible. It would also work for young kids and even children!
Very easy listening. Light hearted with wise insights on really relevant topics.
Love listening to the fresh, clear take Rani and Suraj have on the subject of wellbeing. Comforting yet thought-provoking chats that give a sense of clarity to an area that’s been blown up to become almost intimidating. Thank you to you both for bringing peace and calm back to the subject of wellbeing!
These two psychiatrists know exactly how life works and manage to explain wellbeing—what it is, how we can all experience it, independent of circumstance—in such a clear, loving, easy-to-listen-to format, it's perfect.
A very, very highly recommended podcast!
I have listened to a few of these episodes and like them very much. The analogies Rani and Suraj use are both very interesting and simple. It’s nice to hear them both laughing and enjoying the chit chat. It’s a very informal and interesting way to spread their wellbeing message. Really appreciate their efforts to reach out to people and help them.
