This podcast series is a must for those in recovery and living with mental illness. Her interview style is fresh and on target being recovery focused. The variety of guests share stories of addiction and mental health that I hear so much of my own story in. Subscribe and fill your ears with the hope these warriors share!
First of all, I love Denise. I admire her and enjoy listening to her vast wisdom. Her podcast is fabulous and has such interesting people sharing their experience, strength and hope with us. I highly recommend it!
In order to heal ourselves and others, we have to talk about hard topics: substance abuse, mental health, emotional health…Denise does a fantastic job of shining a light on topics that some may fear to explore, but she does so with guts and honesty. We don’t live in a vacuum and we can’t help others if we don’t allow the truth to be told. Kudos to Denise for a brave podcast that I know will help many!
