The unique feature of Dr Holly’s approach to dog training is that she brings in the mental health of us humans into the picture. To me that’s huge. It’s the first time I have truly felt “seen”. It’s brought a new awareness into my relationship with my dog, and shone a light on my own struggles. Kudos and a big thank you to Dr Holly for sharing her insight.
Thank you to the wonderful insight regarding reactivity close to home. Bailey my 4 yr old Dachshund is very reactive to dogs while on leash, especially in my neighborhood or park area that we frequent regularly. He is very friendly when he approaches dogs, it’s when he sees them and realizes the less us restricting him from a meet and greet.
