  • Food for thought

I stumbled across this mini series and have binged on the seven episodes. Interesting and informative reflection on our food systems and how we can eat more in tune with nature rather than against it, for our own health, communities and the planet. Well worth a listen, if you’re short on time I’d recommend listening to episode 7.
