    So many good and interesting ideas presented in an approachable way. There’s no chance I could try all these ideas out, but a few of them are certainly possible without too much effort. I like the realism of the podcast – we’re not all going to make radical shifts to our lifestyle or diet, but all of us are able to make some small tweaks that move us in the right direction.
