I don’t have an eating disorder but I still find so much value in this podcast. I’ve spent the last two decades (like many women) on a constant hamster wheel of dieting, food plans, hating my body, cutting out ‘bad’ foods etc. I recently stumbled across the book, ‘Intuitive Eating’, which opened my eyes to the insanity of diet culture.
