Had a really pleasant surprise this morning, I was feeling a bit frustrated with how life seemed to be testing me at every turn. In general I am not a great user of podcasts but as I am practicing mindfulness I thought I would give this a go. From the very beginning I found the podcasts to be very helpful. Keith’s warm voice lulled me into a relaxed state. I enjoyed hearing how much mindfulness has helped him throughout his life and particularly how important self compassion is. Look no further than this wonderful podcast from experienced Mindfulness coach Keith Horan. Friendly and easy going, I’m enjoying Keith’s gentle and caring approach to imparting the gift of Mindfulness for all ages. I’m on the journey and feel very empowered by the hints and guidance in this podcast. Oh yes! And there’s occasional delicate birdsong in the background which transports you straight to the Burren in Co. Clare. Bliss!
I listened to Keith’s podcast and within 5 mins he had got my attention. His soothing tones eased my mind. I loved his easy approach to including mindfulness in my everyday routine. I was particularly interested in him touching on the body scan meditation as a sleep aid. I feel over time with Keith’s guidance I would be able to practice and cultivate mindfulness bringing me to an ideal state of mind. Thank you Keith for been with me on this journey.
This is a fantastic podcast for those interested in the area of Mindfulness and for people in general who are looking for a ways to cope with anxiety and stress.
What I love about it is Keith’s relaxing voice and genuine passion for this area.
You can tell he has been meditating for a long time
The podcast is very listenable at 20 mins long yet you feel you get a lot in that time including a short practice and tips on how to create more steadiness in your day.
