Wow, Mind Blowing
Thoroughly enjoyed the talks on MH. I work in the UK Armed Forces and outside people assume that our MH issues are PTSD related but we go through the whole range MH issues too! Listening to episode 3 (Dr R) talk about doctors not being able to talk about MH really struck a cord with the military stereotypes. Great series overall; give it a listen.
I thought that I would just listen to one of these podcasts, as I have so many things that I want to listen to. I have now somehow ended up listening to all of the first series and hope that there will be more in future. A very accessible way to learn about different perspectives on and experiences of mental health. Thank you to Simon and his guests for sharing.
Really thought-provoking and inspiring. Lots of things resonated with me including the discussions around ‘kindset’ and not allowing anyone to dim your light.
I feel this started well - with Ruby Wax. And then all I’ve heard are male voices. more
