Listen every morning. Don’t know why people are hating on the host I like her.
Rosie is a great human being but she is generally being featured too much now for these podcasts; along with flavour of the month counsellors and motivational speakers. What made Headspace special initially, was Andy Puddicombe’s Tibetan Buddhist flavour, into dealing with issues in life and meditation. Can we please have more podcasts featuring Andy and Eve again as now it feels like any California/Silicon Valley generated motivational app
I personally don’t think Rosie had the kind of soothing voice that Dora, Eve, or even Andy have. Rosie’s tone feels more like she’s reading a script rather than feeling like a wise old friend talking to me. While I don’t mind her being a guest on Dear Headspace, the recent episodes on Radio Headspace and Sunday Scaries when she being a solo host didn’t resonate with me in the same way…
Dance, laugh, experience agelessness 🙏🏽 ❤️
Julia has the most helpful advice, practical, with humour and relatable. I listened to this podcast as usual on going to bed at night, and fell asleep after it finished. Normally I don’t remember everything I heard but this really connected. I had clearly been thinking about what was said in my sleep and in the morning I tried and succeeded in writing my three morning pages. I will keep trying. Thank you ❤️
