I recently listened to "It's me, Dr. Z" and found the latest episode, "We Think We Discussed Burnout, But We Can't Remember," to be a refreshing and relatable discussion about managing burnout. Hosts Dr. Jaime Zuckerman and John Barchard share personal experiences and practical tips, all while infusing humor and sarcasm. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic and engaging conversations about mental health!
Wow. This podcast is so helpful for survivors. It’s given me new insights into what I went through, but even more importantly, it’s given me hope that I can be happy again.
This podcast is helpful for victims. It really validates my horrible experience, and makes me realize I can be a survivor not a victim. It really is as bad as she states and I am glad there’s many survivors out there who got through this. Helps along with my therapy twice a week. Great speakers as well! Definitely followed.
This light-hearted, yet informative podcast is a great supplement to my regular talk therapy. It’s straight talk, tough love that is solutions-oriented. When coming out of a narcissistic relationship, it’s helpful to hear different perspectives of patterns and behaviors that you might not have recognized while in the thick of things. Dr. Z embraces trauma and provides coaching on how to move forward and reinvent. I feel less shame about my past thanks to Dr Z.
This podcast has helped lighten the mental load that I carry, because of the narcissistic relationships that I have to deal with. I am well aware of their tactics and with knowledge, I regained my power. Thank you for making this life saving podcast!!
